JY Fitness focuses on relieving pain and rebalancing the body by treating the muscles that contribute to specific pain patterns. Results can be achieved quickly through various techniques including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and joint mobilization.
Massage Therapy + Corrective Exercise
Combine massage therapy with corrective exercises for a holistic approach that not only relieves pain but prevents future injuries. Massage reduces tension and inflammation, while corrective exercise strengthens muscles and corrects imbalances. Together, they create a synergistic effect, making your body stronger and more resilient to re-injury.
Try a 60-minute session that includes 30 minutes of massage therapy and 30 minutes of corrective exercise to help you get back to your normal activities.
