Having vast experience working with individuals of almost all physical backgrounds, Jerry will provide you with a detailed workout program and targeted bodywork to bring your fitness to the next level. No matter the size of your goals, every session is dedicated to helping you reach your desired health and fitness results.

Training sessions take place one-on-one in a comfortable studio setting. You'll receive quality personal training in a well-equipped studio without the crowded atmosphere of a commercial gym. Small group training is available upon request.

Functional Fitness

Functional training combines strength training with foundational movements so you can better enjoy your daily life and activities. This includes corrective exercise training which can help correct muscle imbalances that cause injury or pain. These workouts are highly beneficial to seniors or busy professionals.

Strength & Conditioning

Looking to improve your sports performance or start a beginner strength program? We provide detailed workouts based on your sport and level of competition. We believe in developing foundational movements along with learning proper weight training technique. 

Massage Therapy

Great for recovery and relieving pain, massage therapy sessions at JY Fitness focus on treating areas that cause pain or misalignment. Muscle and joint pain is often caused by imbalances which are treated using a combination of sports massage, deep tissue techniques, and trigger point therapy.

Session Options

  • 45 Minute Session: $120

    Get an effective workout in minimal time, perfect for beginners or busy schedules.

    Billed monthly for number of sessions completed.

  • 60 Minute Session: $140

    Get a full workout where we can address multiple health and fitness goals. Add massage therapy as a part of your session to help with troubled areas.

    Billed monthly for number of sessions completed.

  • 12 session Package: Save 10%

    Purchase a 12 session Package of 45 or 60 minutes and receive a 10% discount.

    Must book twice a week to be eligible.

  • 60 Minute Intro Session: $120
